TopGallery can't see my photos

Go to Settings › TopGallery › Photos and choose Full Access. With limited access, TopGallery only sees the photos you selected.

Where do deleted photos go?

To “Recently Deleted” in the Photos app. You can recover them for 30 days.

A photo went to the wrong album

Tap undo before applying. If you've already applied, open the album in the Photos app and remove the photo from it: the photo stays in your library.

Smart cleanup suggests photos that look fine

In the Clean tab, move the Sensitivity sliders to the left. The results update instantly.

Restore my purchase on a new iPhone

Open TopGallery Pro and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.

Cancel my subscription

In Settings › your name › Subscriptions › TopGallery. If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged.

Ask for a refund

Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
